    Every project supported by PRoject Good goes through the Impact Barometer to ensure our pro bono efforts are focused where storytelling can create the greatest and most sustainable impact.

    Organisations submit their project details, outlining objectives, target communities, timeline and intended outcomes to projectgood@gmail.com or hello@ioli.com.my


    • Organisation Name & Type (Registered Non-Profit, Social Enterprise, Grassroots Initiative)
    • Brief Description of Your Cause & Goals
    • Impact Metrics – How does your project create measurable change?
    • Alignment with PRoject Good key considerations (Check relevant goals from our list)
    • Target Audience & Community Need
    • Project Timeline

    Each application is reviewed using the PRoject Good Impact Barometer — a structured set of guiding questions combining MCQ-style responses and qualitative inputs. Projects are assessed against key considerations:

    • Clarity of purpose and cause
    • Demonstrated community need or relevance
    • Resource / financial constraints and need for pro bono support
    • Potential for meaningful social impact
    • Readiness for storytelling and public engagement
    • Alignment with PRoject Good’s values

    Projects that demonstrate strong alignment across these considerations are shortlisted and considered eligible for PRoject Good’s pro bono PR and storytelling support.


    • Applications reviewed within 2-4 weeks.
    • If selected, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps.

    Who runs PRojectGood? 

    PRojectGood is an independent initiative supported by a network of PR professionals and volunteers committed to driving social good.


    Are services completely free?

    The services are provided pro bono for eligible charities. However, we do not cover third-party expenses such as venue rentals, printing or paid advertising.


    Can individuals apply or is this only for organisations?

    We primarily work with registered non-profit but we’re open to impactful grassroots initiatives as well.
